Urban Ace Limited (No. 15313829), 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, is the data controller for personal data processed through Understudy ("the Service"). This policy explains what we collect and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR).

1. What we collect

2. Why we use it (lawful bases)

3. Who processes your data

We use trusted third parties to run the Service, including: a payment processor (Stripe), AI model providers (such as OpenRouter and the model vendors it routes to), hosting infrastructure (Hostinger), and the messaging platform you nominate (such as Telegram, Discord or Google Chat). Each processes data under its own terms. We do not sell your data.

4. Where your data is held

Your agent's memory and context are stored on infrastructure we control, isolated per customer. Some processors may transfer data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards apply.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your agent's memory at any time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email info@urbanace.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies necessary to function and, where applicable, those set by our payment processor at checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.
